Real Estate office needs a receptionist/secretary to assist in day to day procedures and errands.
New York Real Estate Agent license is a plus, however, if you are the right person, the firm will sponsor your real estate school. Three days a week with full-time potential (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
You should be comfortable running errands, answering phones and be able to work quickly and efficiently. Must also have the ability to shift priorities, superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Proficient in Word and Excel, internet and e-mail;
- Good verbal and written communications skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills and judgment, flexibility and ability to work
independently with minimal supervision;
- Quick learner and excellent interpersonal skills; and
- Attention to detail.
Compensation: Starting Compensation is $12-$15/hr.
This is a part-time job.
